Join us in-person for this 3 hour event focused on stress management through breath-work, meditation, mindful movement and practices to incorporate in your daily life. Create space between what happens and your response to it.
Four weeks for 1 live hour a week. Learn and practice together while troubleshooting common roadblocks. Use the accountability of the group to establish a personal habit.
Join us for a four day, three night retreat in Bisbee AZ for mindfulness training and practice and gentle yoga throughout each day. Participants will also be able to join for a hike and the infamous Bisbee stair climb. Private rooms and additional spa services available!
