Begin your mindfulness journey with Mindful Foundations, a four-week virtual course designed to introduce you to the basics of mindfulness and help you start building a sustainable personal practice. Each week, we’ll meet for a one-hour interactive session focused on simple, practical tools you can use daily to reduce stress, improve focus, and foster greater emotional balance. You'll learn key mindfulness techniques, reflect on personal experiences, and build the foundation for a habit that supports lasting well-being. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open mind. This course is eligible for ethics CLE credit for attorneys. Sessions will be July 23, July 30, August 6, and August 13 from 12:15pm-1:15pm PST.
